Refund Policy

Fire Mission Mobile Mechanic – Return & Refund Policy

 

 

Effective Date: July 12, 2025

 

 

 

1. Labor Charges

 

 

All labor charges are non-refundable once the service has been completed. Our time and expertise are billed for actual work performed, regardless of the outcome unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

 

 

2. Parts Purchased by Fire Mission Mobile Mechanic

 

 

  • If a part fails under warranty, we will assist with the manufacturer’s warranty process.

  • If a return is possible (unopened, unused, within supplier return window), we will issue a partial refund minus restocking/shipping fees if applicable.

  • Installed parts cannot be returned once used unless defective.

 

 

 

 

3. Customer-Supplied Parts

 

 

We do not offer refunds or guarantees on parts provided by the customer. Labor charges still apply if a customer-supplied part fails or is incorrect.

 

 

 

4. Service Deposits

 

 

Deposits made for scheduled work or parts orders are non-refundable, unless we cancel the job ourselves due to scheduling, safety, or parts availability issues.

 

 

 

5. Cancellations Before Service

 

 

  • Appointments cancelled 24 hours or more in advance may receive a full refund on the labor portion (if prepaid).

  • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $25 cancellation fee.

  • Deposits for parts will not be refunded if parts have already been ordered.

 

 

 

 

6. Satisfaction Disputes

 

 

If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 3 days of the appointment. We will evaluate the issue and, if appropriate, offer a correction or discount at our discretion.

 

 

 

7. No Refunds After 7 Days

 

 

Refund requests made more than 7 days after service will not be honored under any circumstance.

 

 

 

8. How to Request a Refund

 

 

All refund or return requests must be made in writing via email to:

Please include your name, service date, invoice number, and a brief explanation.

 

 

 

9. Final Decision

 

 

Fire Mission Mobile Mechanic reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or return based on the terms above and the nature of the service performed.
